1. Agreement to terms
By using the SoulGraffix website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Our services
SoulGraffix provides vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, storefront signage, window graphics, illuminated signs, and related design and installation services. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines will be set out in written quotes or job orders.
3. Quotes and acceptance
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote (or 30 days if not specified). Acceptance is when you confirm in writing or by paying a deposit as we specify. We may withdraw or amend quotes before acceptance.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be as agreed (e.g. deposit and balance on completion). Invoices are due by the date stated. We may charge interest on overdue amounts and suspend work until payment is received. Prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated and exclude GST where applicable.
5. Your obligations
You agree to: provide accurate information and access to vehicles or sites as needed; obtain any required approvals (e.g. body corporate, landlord); and ensure vehicles or surfaces are in suitable condition for the work. Delays or extra costs caused by incorrect information or access may be charged.
6. Intellectual property
Designs, artwork, and materials we create remain our property until full payment is received. Once paid, we grant you a licence to use the final artwork for the agreed purpose (e.g. your vehicle or storefront). You must not use our work for other purposes or give our designs to third parties without our written consent.
7. Warranties and limitations
We warrant our work against defects in materials and workmanship for the period we specify (e.g. on your quote). This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions we provide. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the relevant service or repair; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Cancellation
If you cancel after we have started work or ordered materials, we may charge for work done and non-returnable materials. Cancellation terms may also be set out in your quote or job order.
9. Website use
You must not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the site or others. Content on the site (text, images, logos) is owned by us or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
